What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead operations and MEL in donor-funded programs—owning reporting, learning, evaluation, and team performance to deliver clear, actionable impact.

I’m a Monitoring & Evaluation and Communications Specialist with 9 years’ experience in NGOs as a Project Manager and Coordinator. I bring proven expertise in MEL frameworks, donor reporting, stakeholder engagement, and communications—always focused on measurable learning and practical impact.

Since 2025, I’ve worked as an Operations Director (Consulting, Part-time) for NGO “Gender Stream,” organizing and overseeing project implementation to align with organizational goals and donor requirements. I manage operational and administrative functions, oversee budgeting and compliance with financial reporting standards, and coordinate up to 10 projects simultaneously while leading team formation, recruitment, and staff management.

From 2022–2025, I served as a MEL Coordinator at Chemonics International Inc. for USAID DG East. I managed the full MEL cycle to ensure compliance with USAID standards, developed USAID concurrence requests (including indicator frameworks), led impact evaluations and outcome harvesting, maintained data management in DevResults, and implemented the USAID CLA approach across program activities.

Earlier, I combined field delivery with thought leadership—working as a Speaker & Invited Expert at NGO Gender Stream (developing gender perspectives for training and campaigns) and as a Project Manager/Trainer at NGO Center Podolia-Socium, delivering more than 1,000 training hours. I also built cross-functional experience through roles like Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Na chasi and end-to-end festival leadership for “Europe Island,” strengthening my communication, coordination, and reporting expertise.
