I am a certified PMP Project Manager with four years of experience leading humanitarian and cross-sectoral projects in dynamic environments. I have a proven track record of delivering results within complex organizational structures, ensuring that projects meet their objectives while adhering to donor requirements.

In my recent role as a Project Coordinator at the Charity Fund Right to Protection, I managed a national-level project funded by Save the Children, successfully building and coordinating a Community of Practice for over 55 NGOs across Ukraine.
