I’m a Product & Data Analyst with 3.1+ years of experience across fintech (Moscow Exchange) and large-scale FMCG. I design financial products from scratch, build performance metrics and BI dashboards, and optimize business processes and conversion funnels. I work closely with product, engineering, marketing, and C-level stakeholders to turn insights into measurable outcomes.

In my roles, I built and implemented a comprehensive BI dashboard system for management and commercial teams from scratch, reducing reporting preparation time by 80% while improving quality. I also developed new data products that gained market traction and designed client request validation algorithms that reduced errors and manual verification time. I’m especially focused on hypothesis testing and cost/unit-economics analysis to support smarter product decisions.

I’ve supported end-to-end analytical product delivery, including business case development and economic modeling for new products, and market needs analysis to develop and launch offerings. I contributed to testing and acceptance of front-office system and user portal enhancements, and I participated in concept development and technical requirements for client-facing and internal systems. I’ve also worked with unit economics, P&L, strategy, and OKRs, alongside A/B testing and budget-related analytics.

Currently, I’m building automated business intelligence capabilities by creating ETL pipelines for collecting and processing data from CSV files using Apache Airflow. I configured an analytical database on PostgreSQL, developed interactive dashboards in Apache Superset, and packaged Airflow, Superset, and PostgreSQL into Docker containers for easy reproducibility, using a single Docker network to coordinate services.
