I’m a Project / Delivery Manager with 7+ years in IT, leading cross-functional teams across AI/ML, B2B SaaS, and consumer products. I deliver 20+ end-to-end projects—from pre-sales to production—and I’m comfortable working at the intersection of business, engineering, and data science.

In my recent role, I owned end-to-end delivery of a new gamification product, launching it into production with stable performance and zero critical incidents in the first 90 days. I scaled it from 0 to 5,000 MAU in under 10 months and improved engagement from 0 to 2,000 DAU through recurring mechanics aligned with business goals.
