In my current role at Ometria, I’ve led multiple enterprise software implementation projects across onboarding and migration workflows—coordinating engineers, internal stakeholders, and customer stakeholders. I own delivery across scope, schedule, risk, and stakeholder communication, running weekly customer and internal reviews while translating business requirements into technical delivery plans and integration milestones.

I also build scalable reporting and delivery frameworks in Salesforce and Monday.com to improve visibility and decision-making. Earlier, as a Semi-Senior Analyst at BDO LLP, I delivered operational insights and regulatory risk assessments, managed end-to-end data pipelines, and mentored 10+ junior analysts—experiences that sharpen how I communicate risk, align stakeholders, and drive outcomes.
