I am a hard-working, ambitious project manager who led the end-to-end digital transformation of an intelligent therapy service provider at The Hart Centre, integrating CRM systems and booking workflows to enable scalable service delivery and streamlined client onboarding.

At Infera I managed CRM integration using Zoho and Square POS, replicating customer journey logic similar to trading platform onboarding flows; I coordinated backend logic, client database consolidation, and support tool configuration, improving data accessibility and support response speed through automation.

At CRMOZ I led simultaneous delivery of 6 digital projects including CRM system implementations, automation workflows, and client onboarding platforms. I coordinated Agile teams composed of developers, QA engineers, and business analysts across Europe, the U.S., and Australia, and developed documentation, created BPMN diagrams, and supported API-driven system integrations.

I hold a Master’s in International Relations and a Master’s in Development Aid, speak English (C1), Spanish (B2), and Ukrainian (native), and work with tools such as Zoho One, Jira, Trello, Draw IO, Mermaid Charts, Microsoft Project and Slack.
