We are a dynamic staffing and recruiting company seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant/Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our HR and recruitment processes while managing a variety of administrative tasks. Responsabilities:Assist with HR-related tasks, including onboarding, employee records management, and handling inquiries. Source potential candidates by utilizing job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify talent that meets job requirements. Prepare candidates for interviews, providing them with relevant information about the role and the company. Track and follow up on applications, ensuring candidates are updated throughout the hiring process. Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, posting job listings, and communicating with candidates. Manage administrative tasks such as, email management, and document organization. Coordinate meetings, maintain calendars, and ensure smooth communication across teams. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation. Provide general support to the HR and administrative teams as needed.
Experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a remote setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software. Familiarity with recruitment processes and HR tasks is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. High level of attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines. Experience with tools like applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software is an advantage.
