Our client is looking for a Medical Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and patient communication for their naturopathic healthcare clinic. ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound patient phone communications professionally and empathetically
Guide patients through intake processes and follow-up communications
Collect and organize required documentation and patient information
Update and maintain electronic health records accurately and efficiently
Coordinate and communicate with healthcare providers regarding patient matters
Perform backend administrative tasks to support clinic operations
Ensure patient inquiries are resolved promptly and thoroughly
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions

Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken

Experience in administrative or receptionist roles

QualificationsPrevious experience in healthcare or medical administrative roles preferred
Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
