Our client is looking for a Full-TimeCase Managerto support their legal team in handlingpersonal injury and workers’ compensation pre-litigation cases. The ideal candidate is a proactive and detail-oriented professional who enjoys organizing case files, communicating with clients, and ensuring every matter is handled with precision. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent English proficiency, and experience managing pre-litigation cases in the personal injury or workers’ compensation field.
ResponsibilitiesManagepre-litigation case filesfor personal injury and workers’ compensation claims.
Ensure all case records are complete and up to date, includingmedical records, police reports, and supporting documentation.
Conduct regularclient follow-upsto gather additional information, provide updates, and maintain strong client relationships.
Communicate effectively with insurance adjusters, healthcare providers, and other parties involved in each case.
Organize and track case milestones usingClioor similar case management software.
Prepare, review, and maintain correspondence and legal documents.
Support attorneys with case preparation, summaries, and client intake processes.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy across all client communications and records.
Perform administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth case progress and timely completion.

Requirements
Proven experience incase managementwithin a personal injury or workers’ compensation law firm.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple cases at once.
Proficiency inClioandMicrosoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills inEnglish.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate case documentation.
Ability to communicate professionally with clients, medical offices, and external stakeholders.
Qualifications2+ years of experience inpre-litigation personal injury or workers’ compensation case management.
Familiarity withmedical records, police reports, and insurance correspondence.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
