Responsibilities:
Manage a full caseload of personal injury files from intake through settlement or litigation.
Maintain consistent communication with clients, providing case updates and addressing questions with professionalism and empathy.
Coordinate medical treatment, request and track medical records and bills.
Liaise with attorneys, insurance companies, medical providers, and third parties.
Monitor deadlines, follow up on outstanding items, and ensure compliance with case timelines.
Update and maintain accurate case notes and documentation in case management systems.
Assist with demand packages, settlement documentation, and general case preparation.
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager or in a similar legal support role.
Strong knowledge of personal injury processes, terminology, and case lifecycle.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Experience working with legal case management software and CRMs.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
