As the Director of Demand Generation, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive demand generation strategies and campaigns. You will lead a team of marketers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to drive revenue growth and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive demand generation strategies and campaigns to generate high-quality leads and drive revenue growth
  • Manage and mentor a team of demand generation marketers, providing guidance and support to drive success
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and ensure consistent messaging and branding
  • Optimize campaign performance through data analysis, A/B testing, and continuous refinement of marketing tactics
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in demand generation and lead generation
  • Partner with sales teams to align marketing and sales efforts, support the sales funnel, and drive revenue growth
  • Manage vendor relationships and budget allocation to maximize marketing ROI

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or a related role
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful demand generation strategies and campaigns
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring a team
  • Deep understanding of demand generation strategies and best practices
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems (Hubspot), and analytics tools
  • Proficient in managing and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive marketing decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth
  • Prior experience in FinTech
