We're looking for a Manager, Retail Assortment Strategy to join the Global New Verticals Commercial team. The role involves leading the development and execution of ambitious selection projects that directly impact both top-line growth and bottom-line performance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience in commercial, category management, or assortment-related roles in e-commerce or online retail
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical skills
- People & project management skills, drive, ownership, and independence
- Business acumen and a strong eye for customer experience
- Strong AI literacy
