Role Overview
The Lead Manager is responsible for handling incoming and warm leads, qualifying property owners, and ensuring every opportunity is followed up on properly.
This role sits at the center of the real estate operation. Bridging marketing, outreach, and acquisitions.
Success in this role comes from strong communication, attention to detail, and consistent follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls, texts, and form submissions promptly
- Qualify property owners using provided questions and guidelines
- Schedule appointments or hand off qualified leads to the appropriate team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM
- Follow up with leads consistently according to set timelines
- Provide clear notes and summaries to support acquisitions and leadership teams
- Ensure no lead goes unanswered or overlooked
Requirements
- Clear, professional written and spoken communication
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable managing multiple conversations at once
- Ability to follow systems, scripts, and workflows
- Reliable internet connection and distraction-free workspace
- Experience with CRMs is helpful but not required
