Role Overview
The Outreach Specialist plays a critical role in generating new opportunities by reaching out to property owners through phone and text.
This role focuses on initiating respectful conversations, gathering accurate information, and identifying potential interest.
You are not responsible for closing deals. Your success is measured by the quality of conversations and the opportunities you uncover.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and send texts to property owners using the provided systems
- Introduce the company clearly and professionally
- Ask qualifying questions to understand property details and owner motivation
- Accurately document call outcomes and notes in the CRM
- Follow up with leads as directed
- Maintain a consistent daily call and activity volume
- Represent the company with professionalism, empathy, and clarity
Requirements
- Clear and confident spoken English
- Comfortable speaking with property owners over the phone
- Ability to follow scripts while sounding natural and conversational
- Strong listening and note-taking skills
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus, but not required
