Technical Architect - D365 Finance and Operations (Work from home / Dayshift)

• Take responsibility for one or more workstreams around business analysis, functional design and deliver.
• Lead the configuration and customization of D365 F&O solutions in at least one of the F&O domains, whilst keeping oversight of alignment with broader architectural design.
• Ensure adoption through timely key-user engagement and user-friendly design.
• Start developing particular expertise in D365 F&O.
• Document project experiences, insights and lessons learned and recommending continuous improvement of project methodologies and delivery processes.
• Stay informed of emerging trends and becoming regarded as an expert in at least one F&O domain through contributions to HSO’s knowledge bank.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients and navigating ambiguity to ensure successful delivery.
• Showcase IP product knowledge and providing input and direction for future releases of HSO IP products.
• Assist in identifying opportunities to expand the scope of engagements by understanding clients' business needs.
• Participate in RFPs through advising on project estimations, and scoping and making recommendations for final roadmap and solution.
• Prepare and facilitating and/ or supporting Sales by providing technical expertise during the pre-sales process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5 years of experience administering Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes.
• Proficiency in system configuration and customization using Dynamics 365 tools.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and management experience
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Experience with system integrations and data migration is a plus.
• Problem solving and analytical skills.
• Experience in the service/consulting industry with an understanding of the challenges in this field.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel for project-related activities.
• Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations are desirable.
• Power BI and reporting experience.
