Philippines onlyWe are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Multimedia Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for design, a passion for creating visually compelling content, and the ability to bring brand stories to life across digital, print, and web platforms.
Experience with WordPress and a working knowledge of HTML/CSS are highly desirable. Basic video editing skills and email design experience in HubSpot will be considered strong assets.
Responsibilities:
- Design and produce a range of visual assets, including social media graphics, website banners, email templates, presentations, and print materials.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure visual consistency and alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Support website updates and content uploads using WordPress.
- Assist with basic front-end edits and troubleshooting using HTML/CSS as needed.
- Design email templates and banners on HubSpot.
- Edit short-form videos for social media when necessary.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand identity across all visual touchpoints.
- Prepare artwork for print production when required.
- Work cross-functionally with other departments on projects.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
Must have:
- 2 years of experience in a graphic or multimedia design role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design work.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with WordPress and content management systems.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end editing.
- Experience with email design on HubSpot.
- Basic video editing skills.
