Job Description:
The DCX Client Services - Home Based Senior Graphic Designer will work as a full-time employee for a growing business based in the United States. You will get a chance to learn new skills as well as demonstrate skills you've learned in the past. You will be responsible for closely following the instructions and processes outlined by our client.
The daily tasks will vary so it will be necessary to be very flexible in this position. Other necessary characteristics of the job include having strong attention to detail, the ability to work well with co-workers, and a desire to learn new work skills.

Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
A keen eye for aesthetics and details
Good managerial skills to carry other team members along.
Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Role Details
Industry: Promotions
Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (USA)
Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
Written and spoken English skills: Very Proficient
Salary Range: 43,000-45,000
Job Responsibilities
Create new and original designs from scratch for brands based on client specifications, needs, and brand image.
Create presentation decks for customers.
Supervise projects to ensure that all materials ordered arrive upon the agreed time and are in good shape to obtain maximum results.
Develop design concepts and plans in line with resource, budgetary, and timeline requirements.
Create and maintain files for all creative assets and resources, such as software, art materials, and special fonts, which are needed for record-keeping and referencing.
Supports packaging structural development to capture “out of box” experience.
Graphic direction, mentoring & thought leadership to junior team members.
Review final layouts and suggest improvements when necessary.
coordinate with copywriters and creative director to produce final design.
Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Additional Job Requirements
Education: College degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or any related field.
Experience: 5-10 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or any related roles.
Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
Creative with the ability to make designs from scratch.
Excellent visual design skills, layout, typography, and colors.
Software that will be used
Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
Proficient with Google Suite (Google Sheets, Gmail, etc.)
Extensive exposure to Adobe Illustrator (daily creation of mockups and proof layout), Adobe Photoshop (creation of shoe proofs/photo editing, and InDesign (creation of booklets, catalogs, etc.) is required.
