TT Education, in collaboration with Varsity Training, a leading company operating in the health and education sectors, committed to building a skilled and dedicated workforce, are seeking a passionate and experienced Part-TimeApprenticeship Compliance Manager to join our dynamic team. Training currently on offer varies from Levels 2-5 across a range of apprenticeship standards. Our apprentices come from a wide range of sectors, including Education, Healthcare and Social Care, Leadership and Management and Business Support.
In this part-time position, you will play a pivotal role in:
· Ensuring compliance with ESFA across all apprenticeship programmes.
· Storing, collating and producing reports on all necessary data and evidence, for ESFA, Ofsted and others as required.
· Preparing for ESFA inspection and facilitating the inspections when they happen, as well managing and developing ESFA evidence pack.
· Monitoring funding and compliance related to ALS.
· Reviewing and analysing employer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
· Implementing and managing the Apprenticeship Journey process from enrolment to EPA, ensuring the process is compliant, efficient and effective.
· Developing new (and scaling existing) processes and policies in order to drive positive change.
· Producing and maintaining the Standards and Review (SAR) and Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) to reflect programme developments.
· Staying up to date on the latest apprenticeship legislation, ESFA funding rules and best practices.
· Managing the apprenticeship service, maintaining records, contracts, company information and so on.
· Supporting employers with the Digital Apprenticeship Service
Requirements
To be successful, you will have:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an apprenticeship management role or a related field such as compliance.
- Proven experience in a similar role; managing data and compliance within the work-based learning sector, with a good understanding and knowledge of funding rules and audit partners (ESFA, Ofsted), and prior experience using an MI system (PICS, DAS) to enter data and submit ILR returns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- In-depth knowledge of the apprenticeship landscape, including relevant legislation and funding models.
- A strong interest and range of skills in relevant IT processes and confidence in the collation and handling of a wide variety of data.
