Join our dynamic team at Twinkl where you'll play a crucial role in shaping and marketing our curated digital content platform, Learn and Go. Twinkl Learn and Go is designed to foster independent learning among children by providing a diverse range of interactive resources across various subjects. We're seeking a proactive individual with a passion for digital education, an understanding of what the Parent market wants, and an ability to drive the curation, organisation, and promotion of content on our platform. As a member of our team, you'll collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the continuous improvement and success of Twinkl Learn and Go. Alongside the Learn and Go web app you will work closely with the Parents team and other POs to ensure all app offerings are being effectively promoted to the parents market, and ensure that customers understand how to use learner logins in order to give children direct access to Learn & Go as well as other apps on the platform. The Go games featured on Learn and Go are a great test bed for what works in the market, and you will be responsible for driving forward any further digital products that your data analysis and customer research has shown could provide a good opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Curate and organise digital content on Twinkl Learn and Go platform to facilitate independent learning for children and ease navigation for children, parents and educators.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including parents' team, other digital POs, and marketing teams to execute product roadmap and marketing strategies.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify customer pain points, evaluate product performance, and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Manage platform lifecycle, stakeholder communication, and support product owners with data-driven insights and competitor analysis.
  • Strategize for future categories and curation, aligning with Twinkl Learn and Go roadmap, and explore partnership opportunities to enhance product offerings.
  • Consider further opportunities presented by analysis and customer feedback of Learn & Go and lead on the innovation.
  • Support the marketing and implementation of Learner Logins as a means of providing access to Learn & Go

Ongoing projects/how you’ll spend your day:

  • Identify customer pain points and develop solutions.
  • Analyse product performance and report findings.
  • Manage platform lifecycle and stakeholder communication.
  • Conduct strategic reviews to align with the Learn and Go roadmap.
  • Explore partnership opportunities and contribute to overall product strategy.
  • Ensure cataloguing and marketing of digital products.

You’ll work with:

  • Product owners to support with data-driven insights and strategic decision-making.
  • Marketing, brand, production managers, and customer-facing teams.
  • The Parents’ team on marketing, customer engagement and feedback.

Requirements

We're interested in anyone who meets one, or a combination of the following:

  • Qualified teacher with at least 2 years of teaching experience.
  • Ideally experienced in working with parents or being a parent.
  • Passion for digital education and marketing.
  • Strong work ethic, organisational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills for data-driven decision-making.
  • Knowledge and experience of the National Curriculum and other educational frameworks.
  • Ability to own, support, and continually improve digital product content.
  • Essential for remote working- You will need access to a fast and reliable internet connection of at least 6mb down and 1mb upload. We recommend you use speedtest.net to check'

  • Commercially minded and focused on customer value.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
