Requirements
- Upper-Intermediate English (written and spoken)
- 2+ years of experience in operational management, analytics, or delivery support roles
- Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field is a plus
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, data analysis, etc.)
- Strong coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and an analytical mindset
- Ability to work with multiple teams and stakeholders simultaneously
- Systems thinking — ability to navigate between portfolio, project, and team-level processes
- Understanding of business communication and professional ethics
