Job Description:
We are seeking a Salesforce Implementation Consultant with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce implementation projects. The ideal candidate is skilled in leveraging out-of-the-box Salesforce components to deliver scalable solutions, particularly within Sales and Service Cloud environments. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams and clients, primarily in a remote setup, to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support the implementation of Salesforce solutions, with a focus on Flows, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud
Design and develop reports and dashboards to meet client business needs
Configure and customize out-of-the-box Salesforce components
Collaborate with internal teams and clients in a remote work environment
Manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills
Provide excellent customer service and post-implementation support
Facilitate stakeholder communication and management, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years experience in Salesforce implementation
Proficient in Flows, Reports & Dashboards, and configuration of Sales and Service Cloud
Strong understanding of Salesforce standard functionalities
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships concurrently
Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working remotely and independently
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant) are a plus
