As a Revenue Operations Working Student, you’ll play a key role in supporting our customer-facing teams and making sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly. From managing our tools and data to helping optimize processes, your work will directly contribute to how effectively we serve our customers and grow as a company. What you’ll be doing ✨
You’ll work closely with our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams, making sure they have the right tools, data, and processes to do their best work. Expect a mix of operational tasks and project-based work giving you exposure to the inner workings of a start up.
Supporting our GTM teams by keeping key processes running smoothly and assisting with performance tracking.
Owning our customer success CRM (Vitally) — being the go-to person for user questions, small fixes, and workflow optimizations.
Working with data to keep everything accurate and insightful, from spreadsheets to dashboards.
Contributing to projects such as automating workflows, improving data syncs, building visualizations, and experimenting with AI-first approaches.
What we’re looking for 🕵️
You don’t need years of experience, but you do need curiosity, structure, and a love for problem-solving. Maybe you’ve already done an internship in SaaS or business operations or maybe you’re studying in a related field and want to put your skills into practice.
Analytical mindset: you’re comfortable working with data and spotting patterns.
Process-oriented: you naturally think in terms of steps and workflows.
Hands-on with data tools like Google Sheets, Excel, or Looker Studio.
Problem-solving attitude: you’re resourceful, creative, and goal-driven.
Tech-savvy: new tools don’t scare you — you’re quick to learn and explore.
Adaptable & collaborative: you thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy working with cross-functional teams.
