Finance Manager

This role will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing the financial-related activities of the company. Lead a team of 3-4 people. Qualified CA with 6+ years of experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring day to day accounting functions & ensuring the process accuracy,
• Finalization of accounts for monthly closing & reporting as per defined timelines,
• Ensure compliance in respect of accounting standards, corporate law
• Accounts payable/receivable maintenance and their reconciliation
• Bank reconciliations
• Payroll and utilities
• Revenue and expenditure variance analysis
• Fixed asset activity
• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statement
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
• Coordinate for annual audits
• Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
• Meet financial accounting objectives
• Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
• Gain and update job knowledge to remain informed about novelty in the field.
• Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions

Requirements

Requirements:

Chartered Accountant qualification 6+ years experience

Well versed with IGAAP and IFRS

Experience in preparation of financial statements, tax audit.

Well versed with Tally accounting software

Knowledge of GST and income tax act

Knowledge of UAE VAT is considered as advantage

Very strong Excel and Power Point skill
