You'll dive into a variety of projects across multiple sectors, equipping our clients with strategic insights, actionable financial analyses, and recommendations that drive performance and growth.

What You'll Do:

Optimize Financial Performance: Build financial models in Excel to support fundraising activities; transactions (M&A – Buy side, Sell-side, Carveouts, transaction planning, deal structures, post-transaction activities, due diligence), GTM, and other strategic events affecting the company’s financial performance.

Drive Strategic Planning: Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to build detailed financial plans, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Enhance Decision-Making: Analyze pricing, cost structures, and profitability to provide insightful recommendations, preparing management reports that highlight key findings and actionable advice.

Support Strategic Initiatives: Play a pivotal role in fundraising efforts, M&A transactions, and other critical financial events, ensuring our clients are well-equipped for success.

Risk Management and Compliance: Develop strategies to mitigate financial risks and ensure adherence to regulatory standards and best practices.

Requirements

A holder of a BS/BA in Business Finance or Accounting, with an MBA or CFA qualifications seen as a considerable plus.

At least 7 years of experience in financial management or FP&A with US-based companies, showcasing a history of impactful contributions through financial modeling.

Skilled in financial modeling and data analysis, with proficiency in software tools like SQL, Python, and Excel.

An effective communicator, capable of conveying complex financial insights to a diverse audience.

A true team player: collaborative, capable of leading cross-functional projects, and adaptable to work both independently and within a team framework.

Prepared to work efficiently in a dynamic, remote environment, managing multiple projects with precision.
