Overview:
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist to manage invoice processing and ensure accuracy in financial data. The ideal candidate will have strong experience using Bill.com or other OCR AP platforms and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where attention to detail is critical.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming invoices received via AP email or scanned mail
  • Use Bill.com or similar AP/OCR software to manage invoice workflow
  • Review entries for completeness and accuracy
  • Validate and assign correct general ledger (GL) codes
  • Ensure invoice data aligns with supporting documentation
  • Follow up on missing or unclear invoice information
  • Maintain accurate AP records and documentation
  • Support month-end closing tasks related to AP

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable
  • Proficient in Bill.com or other OCR-based AP software
  • Strong understanding of GL coding and invoice validation
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
