The opportunity

We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our people-focused HR and Administration team! You’ll be involved in all things HR, from policy compliance to recruiting, benefits administration, and more. This position will serve as the employee-facing expert for a variety of HR matters and will have the opportunity to grow personally and professionally as we rapidly scale multiple business units.

This is a rare opportunity where you’ll support HR across multiple entities and industries, meaning the scope of work is always changing and evolving and no two days will ever be the same. What you'll do

  • Drive improvements to the end-to-end employee lifecycle and employee experience, including talent management, employee relations, coaching/development, compliance, compensation and benefits, culture, and organizational design and development.
  • Oversee the administration of Nest pension, dental/vision, medical, and additional employee benefits.
  • Support recruiting team through onboarding of new hires.
  • Assist with monthly payroll runs and administration.
  • Address employment-related questions, issues, and matters that could warrant participation in disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
  • Maintain compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment.
  • Collect and analyze accurate and timely data for established and relevant HR metrics.
  • Lead and support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and create a positive work environment.
  • Develop and implement programs that promote employee recognition, wellness, and work-life balance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the People department.
  • Stay updated on new trends, best practices, and changes within HR and employment law.

Who you are

  • At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in multi-location companies with at least 50 employees
  • Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated knowledge of general HR policies and procedures
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate
  • Proficient with G-Suite or related software
  • Experience with international HR and policies is a plus
  • Experience working with hourly full-time and part-time employees is a plus
  • SHRM Certified, CIPD, or similar HR credential is a plus

Salary Range
TechnologyAdvice seeks to hire top-tier individuals across the world and intends for our compensation to be at a rate that allows us to recruit and retain individuals who align with our core values, purpose, mission, and vision.

Final total compensation is based on a multitude of factors including, but not limited to, skill level, relevant experience to the position, and cost of labor.Annual pay range£38,000—£50,000 GBP
