Our mission is to create a network of employee-owned small businesses, empowering the workers who create value in these companies. We recognize that small businesses play a pivotal role in the economy, employing half of all workers and generating 44% of economic activity. Yet, when owners retire, a staggering 70% of them struggle to find buyers, often leading to closure. This is where we step in.

We purchase small businesses from retiring owners and implement a structured plan to transition ownership to employees. Our goal is for these businesses to become 80% employee-owned within two decades, starting with a 10% stake granted to employees post-sale. This approach not only secures the jobs of dedicated employees but also enables them to share in the financial successes of the business. We leverage proprietary software, comprehensive education, and innovative financial products to nurture these businesses and their new owners.
