Location:
We are looking for a Founder Success Advisor to support and guide entrepreneurs inside a high-performance program focused on personal branding, content, and business growth.
This role goes beyond traditional customer success — you will act as acoach, strategist, and operator, helping founders stay accountable, execute effectively, and achieve measurable results. You will own a portfolio of founders and directly impact retention, upsells, and overall program success.
Your Duties:
- Lead community calls and coaching sessions with founders
- Drive engagement through community platforms and discussions
- Conduct 1:1 follow-ups to ensure founder progress and accountability
- Identify risks early and proactively solve founder challenges
- Review call recordings and provide insights to leadership
- Drive retention, renewals, and upsell opportunities
- Collect testimonials, reviews, and case studies
- Create content (Looms, FAQs, posts) to scale support
- Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams
- Support founders in implementing systems, workflows, and AI tools
- Maintain clear documentation, notes, and reporting
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in client success, coaching, consulting, operations, or similar roles
- Strong experience working with founders, clients, or high-growth environments
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Proven ability to retain and grow client accounts
- Strong organizational and execution skills
- Comfortable leading calls, coaching sessions, and communities
- Experience with tools like CRM systems, Slack, Zoom, Loom, or similar
- Tech-savvy, with interest or experience in AI tools and automation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
