JOB DETAILS
Were looking for a remote operations executive to handle backend business operations for Circle, ranging from customer support, order management and product listings on the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer & Seller Support:
- Manage inbound queries on all platforms (whatsapp/meta/calls)
- Manage communication on campaigns and keep track of conversations with customers.
- Identify issues with orders and resolve them.
Order Management:
- Manage end to end order process: ensure timely dispatch, customer intimation, delivery coordination
- Manage returns, refunds and exchanges
- Collect feedback and feed into company insights pipeline
Product Listings:
- Receive data from ops team in UAE and convert it into listings for the website which involves
- basic picture editing (tools provided) through Canva,
- creating Shopify listings with Circles internal tool
- Ensuring data sanity of each listing (price/metafields/tags)
Maintaining Platform Hygiene:
- Keep a track of listings on platform and do regular health check of the platform
