What are we looking for?
We are currently looking for a Senior EdTech Implementation Consultant – Higher Education (LATAM Remote) to become a valuable addition to our team! This role is ideal for someone based in LATAM with deep experience implementing platforms like Banner, Canvas, Salesforce, Workday Student, and others.
You’ll work directly with colleges and universities across the region, leading end-to-end implementations of Student Information Systems (SIS), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and CRM platforms. From gathering requirements to go-live support, you’ll help institutions align their goals with powerful technology.
Responsibilities
- Lead SIS, LMS, and CRM implementations for higher education institutions.
- Conduct virtual workshops to gather requirements and map business processes.
- Configure systems and support integrations, data migration, and customizations.
- Train users across academic and administrative teams (registrars, admissions, faculty).
- Create project plans, process maps, and training materials.
- Support testing, troubleshooting, and go-live readiness.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term success.
- Collaborate across LATAM teams.
Requirements
Experience
- 5+ years implementing or supporting SIS, LMS, or CRM platforms in higher education.
- Proven experience with platforms such as:
- SIS: Banner, Anthology, Workday Student, Jenzabar, Thesis, PowerCampus.
- LMS: Canvas, D2L, Blackboard, Moodle.
- CRM: Salesforce, Slate, Dynamics 365, Element451.
- Strong understanding of academic processes: enrollment, grading, admissions, and financial aid.
- Experience managing multiple projects remotely.
Tools & Skills
- Project collaboration tools: Jira, Confluence, Asana, MS Teams.
- Fluent English (C1+) and Spanish.
- Comfortable working in remote, multicultural teams.
Soft Skills
- Strategic thinking and client-facing communication.
- Ability to translate institutional needs into technical solutions.
- Proactive, autonomous, and results-driven.
- Strong documentation and presentation skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), APIs, and data integrations.
- Familiarity with U.S. higher education or EdTech clients.
- PMP, Scrum, or similar certifications.
- Portuguese fluency is a plus.
