What are we looking for?
We are currently looking for a Webmaster to become a valuable addition to our team! The Webmaster will be responsible for ensuring that our websites function smoothly, are up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with our brand and business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities
- Design and build landing pages and microsites for internal and client use.
- Create prototypes and wireframes using Figma.
- Design visual assets using Adobe Suite and Canva.
- Monitor site performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure SEO and brand alignment.
- Integrate tools like HubSpot, CRM platforms, and analytics.
- Stay up-to-date with UX trends and web technologies.
Requirements
Experience
- 7+ years in UX/UI design and/or webmaster roles.
- Proven experience managing WordPress sites and hosting platforms (WP Engine).
- Strong portfolio showcasing web design, landing pages, and UX thinking.
Tools & Skills
- WordPress, WP Engine.
- Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva.
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP.
- Google Analytics, SEO fundamentals.
Soft Skills
- High creativity and visual intuition
- Ability to translate abstract ideas into actionable designs.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented.
Nice to have
- Certification in Web Development or Digital Marketing.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and payment gateways.
- Experience managing domains, DNS, and other internet infrastructure topics.
