They are on the hunt for a Paid Media Specialist with at least 4 years of hands-on experience across Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads to join their growing team.
Requirements
Day-to-day will look like:
Plan, implement and optimise campaigns across Meta, Google & TikTok Ads (and more)
Analyse multichannel performance data to surface trends, insights and opportunities
Manage and optimise product/data feeds to improve campaign performance
Collaborate closely with the Paid Media team in implementing task briefs
Contribute to campaign strategy and media planning discussions
Utilise AI tools where appropriate to streamline workflows, improve optimisation processes, and support data-driven decisions
Communicate performance insights internally and, when needed, to clients
We are looking for someone with:
4-5 years' experience in Paid Media across Meta, Google & TikTok Ads - bonus points for additional experience across Microsoft, LinkedIn and/or Amazon Ads.
A proven track record of driving client success and results
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills - you don’t just look at data, you interpret it
Meticulous attention to detail and a habit of double-checking your work
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity or hands-on experience using AI tools to boost efficiency and workflows
A proactive attitude and collaborative spirit - you’re comfortable sharing ideas and solving challenges as a team

A working knowledge of Google Ads Scripts, or a willingness to learn - you know how automation can save time and boost performance, and you're keen to explore it further
