The Growth Project Manager is a critical role within Swor, and involves leading cross-functional initiatives by coordinating teams, aligning technical and business goals, and driving efficient project execution. It involves also developing scalable workflows, optimizing internal processes, and ensuring clear communication and accountability across stakeholders. This role sits at our Growth team, ensuring our growth initiatives are executed seamlessly and at scale.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop Scalable Workflows: Create and refine processes that enable faster, more effective collaboration among the relevant teams;
  • Optimize Operational Efficiency: Optimize internal processes, aligning resources and ensuring cross-team execution efficiency;
  • Align Technical Business Needs: Work with engineering and other teams to help translate business goals into clear technical requirements, prioritizing features or tasks that have the most strategic impact, and making sure that all stakeholders, both technical and non-technical, are on the same page;
  • Drive Cross-Team Collaboration: Serve as the go-to person for all teams involved in growth and engagement initiatives, clarifying objectives, setting realistic timelines, and holding stakeholders accountable;
  • Keep Everyone Aligned: Facilitate regular updates, run stand-ups or check-ins, and maintain project trackers to keep leadership and team members informed of progress;
  • Resolve Roadblocks Quickly: Take the initiative to remove obstacles, find creative solutions, and keep projects moving forward - even if it means rolling up your sleeves and doing the work yourself;
  • Champion Member-Centric Mindset: Ensure that all initiatives are grounded in delivering value to members, empathizing with their needs and incorporating feedback into product and service improvements;
  • Coordinate Engagement Campaigns: Oversee the end-to-end development of campaigns, collaborating closely with content, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

What you need to have:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in marketing, operations, or growth;
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with a track record of coordinating diverse teams—engineering, product, marketing, etc. - to deliver complex projects on time;
  • Project management expertise with familiarity in agile methodologies, sprint planning, and iterative execution;
  • Strong project planning skills to manage multiple initiatives, timelines, and team resources effectively;
  • Strong process management skills necessary for planning, monitoring, and optimizing workflows to ensure efficient and consistent achievement of organizational goals;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, including setting clear goals and holding teams accountable.

What we would love to see:

  • Experience working in high-growth tech, healthcare, or SaaS environments;
  • Experience and ability to manage complex initiatives across teams and functions;
  • Experience in defining, implementing and adopting new processes, or changing existing ones with the aim of ensuring efficient and consistent achievement of organizational goals.

To ensure you feel good solving a big Human problem, we offer:

  • A stimulating, fast-paced environment with lots of room for creativity;
  • A bright future at a promising high-tech startup company;
  • Career development and growth, with a competitive salary;
