This role will ensure that all users of the SwissBorg service have a smooth and pleasant experience when depositing or withdrawing funds by ensuring payments related tasks are done in an efficient, accurate and timely manner.
What you’ll be doing:
- Become the expert of all payment related activities
- Attentively process all manual transactions in compliance with regulatory requirements, department procedures, etc.
- Maintain an up to date knowledge of all things related to SwissBorg payments and services
- Suggest ideas for more efficient solutions for workflows, back office, and other aspects of the setup
- Collaborate with product teams as needed (ie: feedback about improvement areas, ability to test new features, etc.)
- Ensure the highest level of compliance with internal and external requirements in the payments process
- Work closely with compliance to help prevent fraud
- Payments related problem solving
- Support the onboarding of new specialists
- Assist teams in setting and monitoring KPIs that support the improvement and growth plan
- Assist in special projects and other duties as needed
- Work based on a rotating shift pattern
What you might bring:
- Previous experience in payments processing is required
- Familiarity with various payment systems and software, international experience is a plus
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Familiarity with payment gateways, processing, and related compliance requirements
- Strong interest in digital assets and blockchain technologies
- Prior experience in FinTech or financial services is a strong plus
- 2-4 years of experience in a high-growth startup environment preferred
