About the Opportunity
The Instructional Designer/ eLearning Developer will transform instructional design concepts into engaging, interactive digital learning experiences using industry-leading authoring tools. This role emphasizes creativity and technical expertise to design, develop, and deliver visually appealing and learner-friendly content.
Location: Remote: US, Mountain and Pacific time zones
Contract Type: W2 Hourly
Project Duration: 24 months
Project Capacity: 40 hours per week
Start Date: February 2026
SweetRush is a remote organization, and as such, all resources must be technically savvy, have access to a strong internet signal, be comfortable with virtual/instant messaging and conferencing tools, and generally be available during established working hours.

$50/hour
Your Impact and Responsibilities
- Develop interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline and similar tools.
- Convert instructional design documents into visually compelling, engaging content.
- Create scenario-based activities, simulations, and assessments aligned with adult learning principles.
- Ensure all content meets accessibility standards and adheres to brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and SMEs to iterate and improve deliverables.
- Manage version control and maintain documentation for all eLearning assets.
What You Bring - Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Synthesia, and other eLearning platforms.
- Experience creating enterprise-level eLearning for global audiences.
- Strong understanding of instructional design and accessibility compliance.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize content for LMS environments.
- Strong storytelling ability to make learning engaging and relatable.
- Innovative and creative approach to digital learning design.
- Ability to design fun, visually appealing, and interactive experiences.
- Quick learner with adaptability to new tools and workflows.
- Agile and comfortable in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
- Prompt-writing capability for AI-driven (Co-Pilot preferred) content development.
