SupportYourApp is a global Intelligent Support-as-a-Service leader seeking a QA Engineer to join their remote team. As a QA Engineer, you will develop comprehensive test plans, create and execute test cases, and participate in daily stand-ups and retrospectives. This role requires excellent English communication skills, 4-5 years of QA experience, and a strong understanding of software testing principles.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills
- 4–5 years of hands-on QA experience in SaaS or software product–based companies
- Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Proven experience working in Agile environments, with familiarity in Shift-Left testing practices
- Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and quality integration within continuous delivery environments
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work autonomously with strong attention to detail and quality ownership
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
