Job Description

Your responsibilities would include

• Create scalable and automated solutions for problems.
• Write well tested, auto-testable, auto-deployable code.
• Own multiple projects, lead and manage teams with help from Team Leads and senior developers, and own communication with the customers

On a typical day you would

• Take the projects ahead on the technical goals.
• Mentor the other relatively junior members of the team.
• Help in growing your team and other teams in the organization by participating in the Hiring activities.
• Ensure effective translation of customer requirements, and business needs to technical solutions.\

About your work and team

You will guide multiple teams on customer projects. In parallel you will work directly with at least one team of

senior and junior Developers, helped by a Scrum Master to manage the agile ceremonies, working towards

quarterly (rolling to annual) targets of the business for the Product and Business owners. Work with offshore and

onshore Software Architects, and act like one if possible, to help the teams come up with technical architectures.

You must have

• Good Analytical and algorithmic capability
• Excellent hands-on experience in GoLang
• Willingness to learn and work in GoLang (Familiarity with GoLang a plus)
• Knowledge of RDBMS as well as NoSQL datastores
• Clear understanding of Git
• 5+ years of experience as Backend Developer
• Penchant for good programming practices, TDD etc
• Must code in GoLang

It would be nice if you have

• Worked on some good projects of your own
• Experience with UI frameworks like React
• 1+ Years of experience in mentoring/ team management
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Worked on or used Cloud technologies, like AWS, Google Cloud etc
• Valid US Business visa
