Data Scientist

We are seeking experienced data scientists to join our team in creating an AI-driven
fintech solution. As part of our cross-functional team, you will play a crucial role in
ideation, research, prototyping, and production. You will analyze complex datasets,
develop predictive models, and extract actionable insights to drive business growth and enhance our products. Your expertise will ensure the best user experience for our

customers.

Responsibilities

Build, deploy, and scale Data Science solutions on generating AI-driven transaction

insights for users

Understand business objectives and deep dive into existing data to recommend
new product ideas to solve for the most impactful customer problems
Use your experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Software Engineering,
distributed systems to develop these systems, and work with the platform team to
take the systems to production
Work with Business teams to continuously refine and improve the systems to cater
to ever-changing needs
Align with stakeholders on key product metrics, design and propose experimentation strategies.
Launch A/B tests, analyze experiment results and provide recommendations
Design and own frontend and backend data specs for new products, while
collaborating with engineering teams to ensure accurate and timely data collection
Understand business objectives and deep dive into existing data to recommend
new product ideas to solve for the most impactful customer problems
Use data to identify trends, spot anomalies and deep dive into their root causes
Requirements
Graduate of BS/BA Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics,
Mathematics, Operations Research, or other related courses

Senior Data Scientist -

Proven experience as a Data Scientist (preferably 5 years), with a strong track
record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions.
Strong problem solving, quantitative, and analytical skills
Solid knowledge of Data Science and Machine Learning fundamentals, with proven
experience formulating Data Science solutions to business problems
Proven ability to recognize business needs and to communicate with multiple
stakeholders within the Product Management, Business and Operations teams
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, along with expertise in
data manipulation, analysis, and visualization
Ability to deliver on tight timelines and move quickly with cross-functional teams to
execute on decisions while maintaining attention to detail
Experience in handling Warehouse operation data is an advantage
