Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- Direct experience working in an outsourcing or offshoring company
- Ability to manage multiple roles at once across different industries
- Experience recruiting for Australian or international clients
- Comfortable using an ATS (Recruiterflow or similar)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
