We're passionate about building a positive future for every child. As Arizona's largest nonprofit dedicated to early childhood development, we understand that the first five years of life are the most critical in a child's development. We believe that every child deserves a great start, which is why we've spent over 40 years creating a comprehensive support system for young children and their families. Our journey began in 1981 with a small team of six, and today, we're proud to have grown into a leading organization with over 900 dedicated staff members serving 140,000 children, families, and professionals each year.

We focus on five key areas: child development and mental health, Easterseals disabilities services, early literacy and Head Start, family support and child welfare, and professional development. We're committed to innovation and excellence, using the latest research and best practices to design programs that truly make a difference. Whether it's providing therapy for a child with disabilities, coaching a new parent, or training early childhood professionals, we're there every step of the way. We're not just a service provider; we're a partner to families and a champion for children, working tirelessly to strengthen the foundation that Arizona's children need to thrive in school and in life.
