Role & Responsibilities

  • Team management & leadership: lead, support, coach and develop a team of HRS Managers creating a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Enable the team to achieve its best.
  • People operations strategy: work closely with SoSafe’s Chief People Officer and People Leadership team on shaping and implementing HR strategies that are aligned with and closely support SoSafe’s business goals. Translate them into goals and plans for the HR Services team and lead their execution.
  • Employee experience: ensure seamless employee experience for all Safeys throughout the entire employee life cycle by making every interaction with the HR Services team as welcoming, supportive and effective as possible. Drive and optimize all administrative processes for all Safeys across Europe ensuring consistent employee experience and comparable service level.
  • Operational excellence: streamline HR processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness maximizing SoSafe’s ability to scale. Increase the level of automation by introducing adequate tooling and ensuring its usage to the full potential.
  • Data & reporting: ensure accurate and always up-to-date record-keeping and information tracking. Create comprehensive reports on key HR metrics and their development to inform decision making and planning processes. Identify key trends and potential issues.
  • Compliance: design and implement SoSafe’s policies and procedures ensuring compliance with local employment laws. Maintain in-depth knowledge of local regulations in close collaboration with our local partners. Mitigate legal risks by addressing potential issues in a proactive manner and implementing appropriate control mechanisms.

Requirements

  • You have 7+ years of working experience in Human Resources/People Teams.
  • You demonstrate strong leadership skills and have experience managing HR functions supporting teams based in various countries and in remote context
  • You have previously worked in highly dynamic and scaling organizations, ideally within the tech industry
  • You can think strategically but also enjoy being hands-on and solving operational challenges
  • You are constantly challenging the status quo always aiming at improving the current state of things
  • You are solution-oriented, always proactively anticipating and addressing the challenges of tomorrow
  • You operate with high level of integrity, professionalism and confidentiality when approaching sensitive employee matters
  • You are on top with the industry trends and developments regarding the newest HR tooling and general trends in HRM.
  • You speak English on C1+ level
  • Willingness to travel when required
