The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a(n) Knowledge Management Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Designing, composing, developing, and maintaining all NCC policy and procedure documents, ensuring they are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with current operational needs.
- Regularly reviewing and updating SOPs to reflect changes in processes, systems, and business requirements.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure all SOPs reflect best practices and business requirements.
- Acting as the SME for specific areas including product allowance/disallowance, order entry notes, back-order reports, and NCC Afterhours weekend coverage emails.
- Providing guidance and support to team members on relevant processes and policies, ensuring consistent application across all teams.
- Providing operational support based on business needs, including assisting with troubleshooting and resolving process issues.
- Assisting in the development of visual aids, training materials, and refresher content to support communication of process changes.
- Ensuring that all visual and written communication tools are clear, consistent, and effective in conveying key information.
- Creating and maintain relevant operational reports and dashboards to track SOP compliance and operational performance.
- Work closely with the Continuous Improvement (CI) team to identify opportunities for process optimization and implement improvements.
- Managing and creating presentations (e.g., PowerPoint) and other visual aids for internal or external stakeholders.
- Assisting in ad-hoc operational tasks and projects as needed to support business goals.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 1-2 years of experience in process documentation, SOP management, or operational support (preferably within a call center or similar environment).
- Strong English Level Knowledge (C1)
OR
- High School Diploma AND 3-4 years of experience in process documentation, SOP management, or operational support (preferably within a call center or similar environment).
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and experience with process documentation tools (e.g., Visio, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and well-structured documentation.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Experience in training and creating visual aids to support learning.
- Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to identifying and solving process-related challenges.

- Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to CR GBS at least 1 days per week)
