The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As an HR Services Coordinator, you will support US onboarding policies and procedures, maintain employee records for workers on Long Term Disability, serve as the administrator for custodian of records requests, and manage general employee services with a focus on compliance and data integrity. You’ll provide support to employees and management, process new hire onboarding and E-Verify activities, and partner with US HR Coordinators and other HR COEs to drive operational excellence and elevate US employee service standards. This is a critical role for an employee who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is passionate about service, compliance, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
- Review remote new hire onboarding documents and verify employment eligibility.
- Audit citizenship and work authorization documents through E-Verify; maintain compliance with USCIS guidelines
- US LTD Administrator - managing Workday job changes for employees on Long-Term Disability
- Serve as custodian of records, responding to legal requests for employee documents
- Manage US Employee Agreements and continuous service date integration
- Analyze and resolve service credit date discrepancies; manage HR Hub cases
- Complete and validate monthly SOX Audit reports
- Provide high-quality support to US employees and the US HR Coordinator team
- Partner with internal stakeholders on audit procedures and compliance efficiencies
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in an HR Services role.
- Hands-on experience with Workday and the HR Hub,
- Experience supporting compliance-driven HR processes
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
- Strong organizational and data‑management skills, with the ability to maintain accuracy across high‑volume processes.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
- Effective time‑management and prioritization abilities, especially within a fast‑paced, compliance‑focused environment.
- Solid problem‑solving skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive employee information.
- Dedication to delivering an exceptional employee experience and providing high‑quality customer service.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across global and cross‑functional teams.
- Experience supporting custodian‑of‑records or legal document requests involving employee files.
- Experience conducting or supporting audits (e.g., SOX, employment eligibility, HR data audits).
- Hands-on experience with remote onboarding processes, including review of new‑hire documentation and employment authorization.
- Ability to provide team coverage or back‑up support while maintaining service quality and continuity.
- Adaptability and comfort working in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment, with the ability to manage shifting priorities.
