SOCi, the CoMarketing Cloud for Multi-Location Enterprises, is currently looking for a Director, Sales Development to join our growing team to help us achieve our next stage of rapid growth. This role is focused on leading our Enterprise Sales Development teams to help hire, onboard, train, and continuously develop sales development representatives. This person will be a dynamic leader with experience in coaching SDRs to uncover net new business across Enterprise accounts. They will also provide strategic direction and implement strategies across the teams that allow them to hit and exceed their pipeline and opportunity targets.

How You’ll Make an Impact
- Hire, train, coach and supervise a team of Sales Development Representatives. Motivate a team of SDRs to achieve and exceed targets for qualified lead generation, pipeline development and revenue attainment.
- Develop and refine cold calling scripts, talk tracks, and email templates to optimize engagement with prospects. Provide ongoing feedback and support to SDRs to improve their outreach effectiveness.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop account blueprints and segmentation strategies for target accounts. Define ideal customer profiles and personas to guide personalized outreach efforts.
- Develop comprehensive training programs for the SDR team on Salesforce, sales operations, and product knowledge. Continuously assess and refine training materials to ensure effectiveness and relevance.
- Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the performance of the SDR team and individual representatives, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and accelerate growth.
- Creates strategy for SDRs to break into enterprise accounts
- Maintain a deep understanding of our enterprise and regulated SaaS products, value proposition, and competitive differentiation to effectively communicate with prospects and customers.
- Partner with marketing to manage the lead funnel.
- Collaborate with VPs of Sales on territory planning and reviews
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration within the sales development team.
What You’ll Need to be Successful
- Remote Opportunity: Ability to work 100% remotely
- Must Have:
- 7+ years of B2B Enterprise SaaS quota-carrying sales experience required
- 3+ years SDR leadership experience required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals.
- Fluency of SalesForce or other relevant data-driven sales methodology
- Excellent energy, communication and people management skills - ability to persuade, lead, and confidently manage a growing team of sales professionals
- Strong work ethic with a track record of exceeding targets
- Solid interviewing skills with experience hiring and ramping new sales reps
- Experience in presenting to and interacting with senior management both internally and externally
- Ideally a deep understanding of current digital marketing including social media, reputation management, social advertising, local listings and content marketing
- Willing to adapt to changes in the job description as deemed necessary by the business and accept all other duties as assigned
