As a Senior Product Manager specializing in advertising and partnerships, you'll lead interdisciplinary teams across sales, marketing, UX design, and engineering. Together, you'll pioneer the evolution of our monetization and sales strategies across the Flickr platform. Your leadership will revolutionize Flickr's advertising landscape, unlocking novel revenue channels and fostering groundbreaking innovation. Your opportunity:
- Craft and manage Flickr’s product roadmap, leading cross functional teams and prioritizing initiatives based on our business goals to achieve meaningful results.
- Develop and implement comprehensive advertising strategies for Flickr, leveraging its iconic brand legacy to drive unprecedented growth and maximize revenue streams across our platforms.
- Work closely with the sales team to evaluate current offerings and align product development with broader company strategies and revenue objectives.
- Partner with marketing to ensure successful product launches with go-to-market activities and post-launch analysis to inform future product direction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers and data scientists, to develop new features and optimize existing functionalities.
- Design and execute A/B testing and other experimental protocols to refine monetization tactics.
What you bring:
- Experience driving the full product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization and pre/post-launch execution.
- A proven track record for leading advertising and monetization initiatives from ideation to launch.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to inform decisions, understand user behavior, and measure revenue opportunities/impact.
- Outstanding leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire, motivate, and direct a multidisciplinary team.

- This role reports to Flickr’s Senior Director of Product Development.
- The systems we use include: Jira, Google Suite, Mira, and Figma.
- About the Product team: We are a small, but mighty team of product management, design, user research, and community that focuses on crafting an incredible user experience for our Flickr audience and community.
Awesomeis committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role is $118,000 - $183,000. This position is also remote-friendly* and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
