Sinch is seeking an accomplished and strategic Director of Product Marketing to drive our position of global leadership position in CPaaS by supporting our Applications product suite. As the Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing marketing strategies, product launches, market awareness and overall GTM for all of our Applications.
Requirements
- Strategy Alignment:
- Translate the company's product strategy and roadmap into actionable Go-To-Market (GTM) plans.
- Collaborate with product management to ensure marketing strategies align with evolving product landscapes, maintaining a cohesive narrative for target audiences.
- Develop and communicate customer-centric positioning and messaging strategies tailored to B2C, B2B, and Carrier clients.
- Work closely with technical teams to articulate clear customer-centric benefits across various product features and solutions.
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive go-to-market plans across channels and segments.
- Enable sales teams through impactful sales collateral, training materials, and competitive intelligence tailored to each segment's needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement marketing campaigns across diverse communication channels.
- Infuse marketing materials with deep customer insights to enhance resonance across different segments.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
- Analyze key performance indicators to measure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ensure alignment between product development, marketing strategies, and revenue goals.
- Provide strategic insights on market dynamics, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing leadership within the technology or SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of CPaaS, telecommunications, or related industries.
- Proven success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for technical products.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills with a focus on customer-centricity.
