Senior CRM Manager

Right now we are looking for a talented CRM Product Manager who will focus on product-related communications. They will be responsible for the creation, ownership and delivering the overall CRM strategy for owned field. Push the pace of innovation and build a future of a healthier world with us!

What you’ll do:

• Lead the end-to-end projects aimed at user flow improvement in all available channels;
• Develop and implement new strategies of segmentation and communication via constant experimentation;
• Perform deep-dives including funnel analysis to improve the effectiveness of CRM channels;
• Track and improve campaigns’ performance by consistently monitoring and reporting on key CRM metrics;
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth, Product, Design, Engineering, Analytics and other teams to ensure alignment and coordination of CRM initiatives in the wider ecosystems;
• Implement various A/B tests via campaign manager and other tools, built constant experimentation process;
• Analyze and calculate uplifts for experiments, and propose improvements based on it.

What we’re looking for:

• 5 years+ of experience in CRM lifecycle management. Experience in high-growth mobile B2C products will be a great advantage;
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, segmentation and personalized strategies, proven track record in product metrics uplifts via CRM;
• Strong email experience (automation, deliverability, etc);
• Experience in cross-functional work with development, design and analytics;
• Technical expertise with CRM and analytical systems;
• Previous experience with handling, scheduling and project management high volume communications in fast-moving B2C environment;
• Excellent understanding of CRM systems and proficiency in using CRM tools (Braze is an advantage) and analytical platforms;
• JSON, HTML and CSS knowledge.

• A self-starter attitude with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work autonomously;
