We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our dynamic marketing team as a Social Media and Influencer Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in identifying, establishing, and maintaining relationships with influencers to amplify our brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms.
- Create engaging and shareable content to increase brand visibility and drive user engagement.
- Identify and build relationships with influencers aligned with the brand and target audience.
- Negotiate and execute influencer partnerships to enhance brand credibility and reach.
- Work closely with the content creation team to develop high-quality and on-brand visual and written content for social media channels.
- Ensure content is optimized for each platform and adheres to the brand guidelines.
- Conceptualize and execute social media campaigns to promote product launches, events, and brand initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and adjust strategies to maximize results.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English language skills at C1 level is required
- English Resume is required
- 3 years experience in social media management and influencer marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
