Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all content produced meets the highest quality standards and aligns with client objectives.
- Lead and inspire a team of content creators, providing guidance, feedback, and support to achieve excellence.
- Maintain exceptional client relationships through open communication, timely responses, and exceeding client expectations.
- Effectively allocate resources and manage workloads to meet project deadlines.
- Showcase a creative flair for crafting engaging social media posts, newsletters, and other digital content.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and thrive in a collaborative work environment.
- Leverage your prior experience in marketing agencies to provide valuable insights and strategies for our clients' success.
- Show a strong attention to detail, ensuring that all content is error-free and on-brand.
- Use social media management tools to schedule and post content, monitor engagements, and generate reports.
- Proactively identify opportunities for content improvements and propose new ideas to support the marketing objectives of our clients.
- Collaborate with team members in brainstorming sessions, strategy discussions, and the execution of marketing initiatives.
Qualifications - Proficiency in English language skills at either B2 or C1 level is required
- English Resume is required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of ]experience in content management and marketing, preferably within a marketing agency.
- Familiarity with content management systems and social media management tools
- Basic image and video editing software experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
- A strong portfolio showcasing successful content campaigns.
