Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- English C1/C2
- 3–5 years of experience in an Account Management role, preferably within the SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of sales and customer service principles and best practices
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
